In a move that underscores the growing economic collaboration between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Italian Republic, Abdullah A. Alfallaj & Partners Attorneys & Counselors announced the signing of a strategic partnership with the Italian law firm F&F LEGAL CONSULTING, a Milan-based advisory firm specializing in investment transactions, with extensive international experience and a wide network of legal professionals across Europe and the United States.
The partnership aims to establish a legal and investment incubation platform to facilitate investor journeys between the two countries — from designing optimal business models to navigating regulatory frameworks — while offering specialized expertise in international contracts, mergers and acquisitions, investor agreements, debt restructuring, corporate and labor law, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Abdullah A. Alfallaj, Founding Partner, emphasized that the collaboration represents “a pioneering model between Saudi and Italian law firms,” built on a shared commitment to fostering mutual investments and enabling corporate expansion through a robust legal infrastructure in both jurisdictions.
Mr. Fabio C. Russo, Co-Founder of F&F LEGAL CONSULTING, expressed his delight with the partnership, noting that it follows the firm’s recent expansion into New York, which successfully supported the growth of prominent Italian family businesses into several U.S. states. He highlighted that Saudi Arabia now represents “the next strategic frontier for cross-border investment and legal cooperation.”
Ms. Francesca Arenosto, Co-Founder, shared her optimism about the firm’s entry into the Saudi market, praising the Kingdom’s dynamic economic transformation under Vision 2030. Participating in the Biban Forum 2025, she introduced the firm’s services designed to empower entrepreneurs in building investment and commercial opportunities, drawing upon Italy’s rich experience in family-owned enterprises, particularly those headquartered in Milan, which manage diversified portfolios across the industrial, sports, financial, tourism, real estate, cultural, and ICT sectors.
