Abdullah Al-Fallaj Law Firm was established in 1990 in Riyadh under the Ministry of Commerce Decision No. 388, and ever since, the firm has worked on a large number of cases in various legal fields, most importantly: Companies and Company Registration, Labor and Employment law, Insurance, Trademarks, Contracts of all types, Commercial and Islamic banking, Administrative law, Criminal law, Personal law, Social insurance, Engineering Contracts, Franchise, FIDIC Contracts, Trademark Registration and Protection, International Commercial Arbitration, banking disputes and Personal Status.

Abdullah Al Fallaj's law firm has a number of highly skilled lawyers and legal advisors with various academic and professional qualifications both inside and outside the Kingdom, with diverse experience in different legal fields (Litigation, Consultancy, Arbitration, Contracts, Commercial, Corporate and other). The firm also works on reviewing and developing work systems, regulations and internal policies for many public and private entities on the latest methods and systems used by developed countries in this field, and participating with administrative offices in restructuring organizations and developing their internal policies while expanding the scope of their work. In addition to the law office, which is located in its own building of several floors, there is the Institute of Legal Studies, which is the only specialized institute in the legal field in the Kingdom, which provides pioneering work and is considered a tributary of legal culture and studies in the Kingdom by organizing many advanced legal courses for many government and private entities, making it qualified and certified by several entities, including the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Justice and some sectors of the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom.
