After we have filed a new trademark application in Saudi Arabia, is there any way or procedure to withdraw or delete partial items of the goods or services specified in the new trademark application?
If you receive a trademark registration certificate, you can delete partial items of goods and services if the trademark is filed for specific goods and services, however, if the trademark is filed in a general category, you cannot because it will greatly affect the character of the trademark.
What if my trademark is cancelled?
If a trademark is cancelled, it may not be registered for the benefit of others for the same or similar products or services until three years have passed from the date of cancellation unless the cancellation decision specifies a shorter period.
